Heeswijk Libéré VII - Kruit
Zoals we inmiddels weten, is Nederland een land van wetten en nog meer regels, waarbij zelfs belangrijke (evenement gerelateerde) instanties soms met de vingers naar elkaar wijzen. Dit probleem heb ik vorig jaar ondervonden met de Kruit. De ILT is hierin een belangrijk controlerend orgaan.
Na overleg met het bestuur van de NAN ben ik tot de volgende oplossing gekomen: voor de buitenlandse deelnemers vragen wij om hun cartouches voor wapen en kanon voorafgaand aan het evenement klaar te maken.
Wij als organisatoren zullen ter compensatie een vergoeding voor het kruit voorzien.
Het tijdstip en de dag worden nog bekendgemaakt in de planning. Natuurlijk houden we hiervan een administratie bij en zullen we, na controle, de vergoeding uitbetalen aan de persoon die vermeld staat op het deelnemersinschrijfformulier.

As we now know, the Netherlands is a country of laws and even more regulations, where even important (event-related) authorities sometimes point fingers at each other. I experienced this problem last year with the black Powder.

Wie wir inzwischen wissen, ist die Niederlande ein Land der Gesetze und noch mehr Vorschriften, bei denen sogar wichtige (veranstaltungsbezogene) Behörden manchmal mit dem Finger aufeinander zeigen. Dieses Problem habe ich letztes Jahr mit den schwarzen Pulver erlebt.
Die ILT ist hierbei eine wichtige Kontrollinstanz.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vorstand der NAN bin ich zu folgender Lösung gekommen: Wir bitten die ausländischen Teilnehmer, ihre Patronen für Waffe und Kanone vor der Veranstaltung vorzubereiten.
Wir als Veranstalter werden als Ausgleich eine Pulverentschädigung bereitstellen.
Der Zeitpunkt und der Tag werden noch im Plan bekannt gegeben. Natürlich führen wir Buch darüber und zahlen nach Kontrolle die Entschädigung an die auf dem Teilnehmer-Anmeldeformular angegebene Person aus.
